The UNDP Internship Program 2025 presents a compelling opportunity for students and recent graduates to actively contribute to global development through hands-on engagement with the United Nation. Organized by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP)—one of the world’s leading agencies in sustainable development—the program offers interns a front-row seat to the critical work being done across more than 170 countries and territories. From advancing gender equality and democratic governance to addressing climate change and building resilience, UNDP internships are deeply embedded in real-world solutions tied to the SDGs.
This Internship is more than just a professional placement. It is an entryway into high-impact, international policy work that supports vulnerable communities and promotes inclusive development. Interns work alongside world-class experts, researchers, and policymakers to help shape strategies that improve lives at scale. With diverse assignments tailored to various fields of study and professional backgrounds, the program is ideal for students, young professionals, and early-career practitioners seeking meaningful global exposure.
