Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Holcim Building Tomorrow Scholarship 2025, applicants must:

  • Be aged 18–30 years at the time of the summit (i.e., born between November 1994 and November 2007)

  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to using AI for urban and environmental impact, in any of the following areas:

    1. Sustainable Construction Using AI:

    • AI-driven material selection for environmental efficiency

    • Smart design and energy-saving building solutions

    • Automation in eco-construction processes

    2. Urban Resilience Through AI:

    • Predictive analytics for natural disasters or urban risks

    • AI for public infrastructure maintenance or climate adaptation

    3. Responsible AI in Urban Development:

    • Policy advocacy for ethical AI use

  • Have good communication skills and be fluent in English
