Eligibility Criteria
The competition is inclusive and welcomes submissions from across the globe. The criteria are:
Open to all nationalities and photographers of any experience level
Applicants under 15: Eligible for the Children’s Peace Image of the Year category
Applicants aged 15 and above: Eligible for the main Global Peace Photo Award
Images in the Story category must be taken within the last three years
Each image must include an English caption, with a maximum of 2,000 characters
Submissions must be in high-resolution JPG format (minimum 3000 pixels on the longer edge)
No watermarks, logos, or borders are allowed on any images
Submission Guidelines
Each applicant may submit photographs in one or more categories as follows:
Up to 99 single images per applicant
5–12 images for the Story category
Multiple images allowed for the Children’s category
All photographs must be the original work of the participant and meet the following specifications:
JPG files (minimum size of 3,000 pixels on the long edge)
Caption in English
Files must be submitted through the official online portal
Each image must reflect peace-related themes in line with the award’s mission
