French nationals (including dual nationals with French citizenship) are not eligible.
Must be at least 18 years old at the beginning of the stay in France.
No maximum age limit if the applicant does not already hold a Master’s degree.
Must have admission to a French higher education institution in either M1 or M2 for 2025–2026.
Must not currently hold a French higher education degree or be enrolled in a French institution.
Must not be receiving another French government scholarship such as Erasmus+, AUF, or others.
