The Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders Program 2025 (ADEL) is a prestigious Fully Funded Leadership Program hosted in Rabat, Morocco, by the Policy Center for the New South. This immersive training and dialogue initiative brings together dynamic young professionals from around the Atlantic Basin and beyond to exchange ideas and shape policy responses to today’s global challenges.

Now in its 13th edition, ADEL is designed for youth and early-career professionals who have demonstrated leadership in their communities or organizations. Through a mix of policy discussions, interactive sessions, and networking with high-level experts, this program empowers the next generation of global influencers.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be between 25 and 35 years of age

• Must be a citizen of countries in Africa, North America, South America, Central America, Europe, or the Caribbean

• Priority given to applicants from countries bordering the Atlantic Basin

• Residency in eligible regions also considered

• Proven proficiency in English

• Availability for full program participation from December 7 to 13, 2025
