• Must be a citizen and current resident of one of the following countries:

• Must lead or be employed at an organization that supports entrepreneurship (e.g., incubators, accelerators, innovation labs)

• Must hold decision-making power (such as strategic, managerial, or partnership roles)

• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency

• Must propose a local project or problem they are committed to solving during the program
